2. Download MS DOS 6.22 Floppy Disks
3. Download MS DOS 6.22 In The VM
4. Download The MS DOS 6.22 DIsc Driver
5. Load The Windows 3.1 ISO
6. Run The Setup
7. Let Everything Download
and you're good to go!

It does work but first you have to do something.
I seen the reviews, and it will work but, you have to install MS-DOS 6.22. and then you can boot the ISO. if it still doesn't work then watch an tutorial, I would recommend that.

Worked fine
If you're new to virtual machines, first install either MS-DOS 6.22 or 7.10 before you run this iso, otherwise you won't be able to boot

I tried using the iso but it said
FATAL: NO BOOTABLE MEDIUM FOUND. SYSTEM HALTED.
